Matter of Flax has been dedicated to serving the growing interest in healthy snacks that is sweeping the country.

Founded in Prescott, Arizona in 2003, the company has been favorably recognized by a growing number of doctors, health organizations, stores, restaurants, and individuals seeking a natural and more pleasant way of introducing flax and other nutrients into the diet.

All of our products are USDA certified organic and dehydrated at less than 110 degrees, yielding all of the benefits associated with sprouted raw food. We use no artificial coloring or preservatives, and all products are wheat-free and gluten-free.

Due to our inability to weather the current financial challenges faced by so many small businesses, we ceased all production on October 17 and are now selling the assets of the company to address outstanding obligations.
